Each evening begins with a communal dinner from 5:30 to 6:00 pm, where participants can share a meal and fellowship. The evening officially kicks off at 6:00 pm around the campfire in the Sanctuary, where everyone gathers for a brief introduction to the day’s theme accompanied by stretching exercises and uplifting songs. We draw inspiration from 2 Corinthians 5:17, focusing on the transformative power of being in Christ, symbolized through the theme of becoming a new creation.
Day 3 centers on "Jesus Calms the Storm," guided by Matthew 8:22-25. This day’s activities include Arts & Crafts and orienteering in Science/Nature, connecting participants with the wonders of the natural world and the calming force of faith. Storytelling and games continue to engage the imagination, offering lessons on trust and peace amidst life’s storms.
The final day, "Go and Make Disciples!" based on Matthew 28:16-20, encourages participants to reflect on their role in sharing their faith. Activities involve creating meaningful crafts, exploring the significance of rocks in Science/Nature, and absorbing the Great Commission through storytelling and games. Each evening concludes with a closing campfire, a time to sing, reflect, and say goodnight, leaving participants with a sense of community and spiritual renewal.
